Once approved, you gain access to a secure dashboard where you can edit your company profile, respond to reviews, and manage contact details.
How does billing work for the Pro plan?
Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through a secure third-party payment processor. Yolyc does not store your payment card information. You can manage your billing, view invoices, and update your payment method from your company dashboard at any time.
Can I switch between Monthly and Annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa) at any time from your subscription settings. When switching to annual billing, you save over 20% compared to the monthly rate. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel at any time from your company dashboard. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your listing reverts to the Free plan and you retain access to all free features.
Will upgrading to Pro change my reviews or ratings?
No. Subscriptions have zero influence on review scores, review visibility, company ratings, or ranking based on customer feedback. The integrity of the review system is a core principle of Yolyc. A Pro badge and featured placement improve your profile visibility, but every review is treated equally regardless of subscription status.
How does the lead generation form work?
Pro subscribers receive a contact form on their company profile where potential customers can submit enquiries including their name, email, optional phone number, and message. Yolyc forwards these enquiries to the company but is not a party to any resulting business relationship or transaction. You manage all incoming leads from your dashboard.
What kind of analytics does Pro provide?
Pro subscribers gain access to a detailed analytics dashboard that tracks profile views, search appearances, review trends, reputation score, and lead activity. Extended reporting helps you understand how customers discover and interact with your company listing over time.
Is there a free trial for the Pro plan?
We do not currently offer a free trial, but you can start on the Free plan and upgrade at any time when you are ready to access Pro features. There is no commitment required, and you can cancel the Pro plan whenever you choose.
